Master Coach Joe Segar:
Began his journey into Fitness and Martial Arts in the late 1980's.
Within four years he had achieved Black Belt status in Wing Chun Chinese Boxing and opened the Godalming class which is still producing fit and skilled individuals in the Guildford, Godalming and Farnham areas.
After studying Health and Nutrition at Farnborough Tech, Joe expanded his coaching repertoire to concentrate on personal fitness clients.
His friendly, mature and robust approach leads to a guaranteed progression for all.
His style is 'Maker not Breaker' and will always look at cultivating the physical, intellectual and emotional aspects of an individuals fitness journey.
